Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, estate planning, or elder law, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities
  • Handle a variety of cases across multiple areas of practice, including family law, estate planning, and elder law.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and participate in litigation.
  • Mediate for clients and attend hearings, providing exceptional representation and advocacy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a positive attitude in all interactions, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the firm through innovative thinking and problem-solving, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
Requirements
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and cloud-based office systems, including MS Office 365 and Clio.
  • 1-5 years of experience in family law, estate planning, or elder law, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic legal environment.
  • Excellent research, writing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with a focus on problem-solving and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple client files and meet deadlines efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Team player with strong organizational and time management abilities, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic legal environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

  • $65,000 - $100,000: Commensurate with experience.
