About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Senior Manager to join our team at Invesco. As a key member of our Network Team, you will be responsible for architecting and crafting comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements in support of a given project or capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 12 engineers and one Associate Manager, globally dispersed, responsible for the build, support, and maintenance of the Networking infrastructure.
  • Accountable for the performance and results of the networking stack.
  • Execute business plans and contribute to the development of the network strategy.
  • Focus on short to mid-term issues that will impact the network or operation.
  • Decisions are guided by network strategy and priorities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in information technology.
  • 6+ years of experience in leading a team.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex network solutions.
  • Experience in implementing and managing network security measures.
  • Strong background in diagnosing and resolving network issues.
  • Experience in managing network projects, including planning, budgeting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments and external partners.
  • Ability to Negotiate with and influences others internally and externally, including senior executives within the Firm and vendors and/or regulators.
