We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of campus buildings, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students, faculty, and staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Sr. Custodian, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, floors, and equipment in assigned areas.
- Providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed and reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in custodial work preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
