Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all nursing care provided in collaboration with the Nurse Manager.
- Administer medications to residents with precision.
- Deliver direct care and perform necessary treatments for residents.
- Ensure that physician orders are executed and incorporated into the resident care plan.
- Maintain accurate documentation on resident records in accordance with established policies.
- Supervise nursing assistants in their care duties.
- Provide training to staff on specific care techniques.
- May be required to assume the role of Charge Nurse as needed.

Qualifications:
- Valid New York State LPN license.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care or acute care settings.
- Familiarity with guiding nursing practices through regulatory surveys.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays.

Compensation:
- Pay range: $ /hour based on experience.
