About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Procurement Specialist to join our team at Nexus Innovations. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for coordinating international purchasing activities for new development and model maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Coordination: Coordinate international purchasing activities for new development and model maintenance projects within our product development process for trade goods, components, and assemblies.
  • Material Sourcing: Ensure material availability for our production for the responsible material group and conduct inquiries, price comparisons, and orders.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate prices and shape contract terms, taking into account qualitative and dispositional aspects.
  • Supplier Management: Identify, audit, and evaluate suppliers.

Requirements
  • Technical Degree or Equivalent Qualification
  • Professional Experience in International Purchasing in the field of electrical or automation technology
  • Strong Negotiation Skills, results-oriented and structured work approach
  • Proficiency in German and English (good written and spoken skills)
  • Proficiency in Common MS Office Programs and SAP (preferably S4/HANA)
