We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at CREOKS Health Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to patients as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct injections and blood draws as needed
- Collect vital signs and monitor patient health
- Oversee medical supplies and sample medication closet
- Assist with scheduling for medication services
- Oversee prescription pad tracking protocol
- Manage medication inventory and release log
- Provide education on health-related issues
- Coordinate linkage to medical services as needed
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- State of Oklahoma Registered Nursing license
- Competencies in Co-Occurring Disorders
- Preferred: at least 2 years of psychiatric experience
