About the Role:
As a Clinic Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in the healthcare team, ensuring optimal medication management and patient safety. You will engage in interdisciplinary rounds, providing clinical expertise and support to healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in patient care rounds to deliver comprehensive medication management.
