  • Progress Monitoring: Track and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • IEP Participation: Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals for students.
  • Professional Development: Offer training and resources to teachers and families to support students' speech and language development in various environments.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid California state SLP license.
  • Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience: School-based experience is highly valued, but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
