About the Job

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals in Windber, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients and residents in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories
  • Administer medications, track their use, and ensure proper verification
  • Cultivate a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Track medical records and charts, and assist with the setup of IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN or in a related role
