About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Tranquil Multi Dynamic Advisory. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, fields, and facilities of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and functionality of our grounds, fields, and facilities through manual labor and semi-skilled work.
  • Perform tasks such as mowing, weeding, tilling, raking, digging, and other manual labor tasks to maintain the quality of our outdoor spaces.
  • Prepare fields, grounds, and courts for athletic activities and events.
  • Perform painting, irrigation maintenance, and spraying tasks as needed.
  • Operate vehicles and equipment, and perform preventative maintenance functions on the vehicles and equipment.
  • Make daily written and oral reports to management.
  • Inform and direct the public in the use of facilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of grounds maintenance experience preferred.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 80 pounds and climb a ladder up to 15 feet in height.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
