About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Field Operations Engineer to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for inspection, testing, integration, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of Acutronic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections of vendor components and ensure their quality meets our standards.
  • Inspect Acutronic components and systems per approved procedures to guarantee their reliability.
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Test Procedures (FATs) to ensure satisfaction of customer specifications.
  • Install and upgrade systems at customer facilities, performing Site Acceptance Test Procedures (SATPs) to verify compliance with customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment in-house and in the field, addressing customer support requests via phone or email.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • An Associate's degree in Specialized Technology or an Associate's of Science degree in electronics from an accredited college or technical trade school, or equivalent military training.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Systems and Services Team or equivalent experience required.
  • A valid Real ID driver's license and a U.S. passport for international travel.

Acutronic USA offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account the cost of living in Pittsburgh, PA.
