About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient health and coordinating care in an outpatient setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with physicians in a beautiful office setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient health problems and coordinate healthcare services
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide primary care and gastroenterology services to patients
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current licensure in NY in good standing
  • DEA certificate
  • Prior experience in GI, Primary Care or Hospitalist roles preferred
