Job Overview

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. provides community, work, and home based services to adults with special needs.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Our team partners with family members and existing providers to create individualized goals allowing the team to help improve life experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe participants in various settings and collaborate with their families and teams to develop and implement positive practice behavior support plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive functional assessments of participants' presenting issues and complete FBAs.
  • Train staff, participants, family members, and caretakers on the implementation of behavior support plans.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with Autism and/or other intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.
  • Completed training conducting and using a Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) and Post Test Certification.
  • Valid Drivers License, vehicle registration, and auto insurance for vehicles used to provide services.
