About the Role:
  As a Long Term Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, and participating in ongoing assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  * Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing treatments, and ensuring accurate documentation
  * Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and promote smooth transitions between shifts and departments
  * Participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
  * Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies
  * Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
  * Current WA or compact license in hand as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
  * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  * Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of safety and respect

Compensation and Benefits:
  * Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
