Pharmacist - Thrifty White Pharmacy

Thrifty White Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned mid-sized pharmacy chain committed to serving small towns and cities in the rural Midwest. As a Relief Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing patient-focused, technology-enabled healthcare services.

• Provide excellent customer service by building loyalty and repeat business.
• Champion Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with enrolling patients.
• Lead team members by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
• Structure and organize workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and providing clinical services.
• Develop and follow up on long-term care (LTC) business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
• Identify LTC and Specialty business and communicate opportunities with Marketers.
• Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services.

• A pharmacy license, or the ability to receive a pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.
• A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
• Current Immunization Certification
