**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Water Fitness Instructor to join our team at the La Crosse Area Family YMCA. As a Water Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading aquatic fitness classes and programs for members of all ages and skill levels.

**Responsibilities**

• Lead water fitness classes and programs for members of all ages and skill levels
• Develop and implement new aquatic fitness programs and classes
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive member experience
• Collaborate with other staff members to promote aquatic fitness programs and services
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices in aquatic fitness

**Requirements**

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• No experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and mentor is essential
