Job Responsibilities
As an LPN with Interim HealthCare, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care and nursing scope of practice.
- Assessing and documenting patient conditions and reporting any changes as needed.
- Administering medication, insulin, and IV/fluids while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Caring for wounds and assisting with personal hygiene.
- Collaborating with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must:
- Hold a current unrestricted license as a LPN/LVN in the state associated with this position.
- Have a minimum of 1200 hours of experience as an LPN/LVN or completion of the OCan contact ffice's preceptor program.
- Be certified in CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid.
- Have reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations.
