Your Role in Action:
  • Provide direct services to children with identified therapy needs, working closely with parents and caregivers to develop personalized plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to document each child's status and progress.
  • Collaborate with parents and service coordinators to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Train and consult with staff as needed to ensure high-quality care.
  • Attend IFSP and school meetings to ensure seamless communication.
  • Document session notes and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants as needed.
Your Skills and Talents:
  • Current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professions.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting infants and toddlers, preferred.
  • Knowledge of child development and behavior.
  • Reliable transportation.
