Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

RTG Medical-Allied is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in Memphis, Tennessee.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to work with our team in Memphis, Tennessee. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly.
  • Monitor patients during the scan and ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan results, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Computed Tomography Technologist.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in computed tomography imaging.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of computed tomography principles and practices.
