Dietitian Specialist

The Dietitian II is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing evidence-based medical nutrition therapy to patients of all ages. This role requires a strong foundation in nutrition science and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

• Assess nutritional needs and develop individualized nutrition care plans for patients
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary medical team to establish nutrition-related goals and develop effective treatment plans
• Provide medical nutrition therapy and nutrition education to patients and their families
• Document nutrition care plans and monitor patient progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

• Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition or a related field
• Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and licensure with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
• Two or more years of clinical nutrition experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
