About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Outpatient Pharmacist to join our team at Landmark Medical Center, a 214-bed acute care hospital in Woonsocket, RI. As a member of Prime Healthcare, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of quality, compassion, and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Under the supervision of the pharmacist in charge, coordinate the activities of the pharmacy department to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients.
  • Provide patient drug counseling, oversee the meds to beds program, manage medication ordering and inventory, and administer vaccinations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
  • B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
