MyHealth Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to enhance our patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction: Provide a warm welcome to visitors and assist them in navigating our facility.
  • Telephone Management: Handle incoming calls, screen and forward them appropriately, ensuring effective communication.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule follow-up appointments for occupational medicine and MRI procedures.
  • Front Desk Oversight: Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
  • Administrative Assistance: Support team members with various administrative tasks, including answering inquiries.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform essential clerical functions such as filing, faxing, photocopying, and record maintenance.
  • Mail Handling: Manage the receipt, sorting, and distribution of mail and packages.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks as needed, including stocking supplies and making copies.
  • Medical Records Processing: Assist in the management of medical records.

Work Schedule: This position requires flexibility with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekend and holiday availability.
