Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of our material handling equipment and pneumatic systems. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and providing guidance and training to junior technicians. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance tasks on material handling equipment and pneumatic systems
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to MHE and pneumatic systems
* Provide guidance and training to junior technicians on maintenance procedures and best practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience in conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of Microsoft Office products experience, and 2+ years of repairing material handling equipment, automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment experience are required.
