Role Summary
The Loyalty and Personalization Program Manager will spearhead initiatives that focus on customer engagement and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing technology and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure that our loyalty programs are not only effective but also aligned with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertise in Marketing Technology: Leverage extensive knowledge of MarTech solutions to enhance loyalty and personalization strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations.
- Solution Development: Identify areas for improvement in existing systems and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications
