About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Therapy team in Oconomowoc. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal, neurologic, and medical diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients referred for physical therapy services and establish a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment.
  • Collaborate with and provide consultation to others in care delivery, including physical therapist assistants and aides.
  • Supervise physical therapist assistants and aides to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
  • Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure.
  • Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
  • At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred.
