About Our Client
Our client is a publicly traded and commercially successful biotech company seeking an FP&A Manager to serve as a strategic finance partner to the Commercial organization.
This highly visible role will provide critical insights and analysis to support expense management, pricing strategies, sales compensation, and market analytics.
The ideal candidate will have FP&A experience supporting commercial teams in the life sciences industry, preferably within a therapeutic-focused biotech.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to the Commercial team, providing in-depth analysis to optimize decision-making, meet financial commitments, and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Lead long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Commercial organization.
- Drive innovation and efficiency by instilling a culture of continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain Gross-to-Net (GTN) models in alignment with Revenue Recognition Accounting Guidelines (ASC 606).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related.
- MBA/CPA preferred.
- 4+ years of FP&A experience in the life sciences industry.
- Proficiency with financial planning tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Adaptive Insights.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support senior management in data-driven decision-making.
- A collaborative and proactive business partner with a strategic mindset and high energy.
