Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care to children and adolescents with complex psychiatric and behavioral needs. The RN will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to children and adolescents with psychiatric and behavioral needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in pediatric psychiatry
Requirements
  • Current license to practice nursing in GA (or eligible to receive or renew)
  • Current CPR or BLS certification
  • Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 6-18yrs
