Breakfast Attendant

Job Description

As a Breakfast Attendant at Briad Hotels | The Briad Group, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our guests' stay. Your role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests, and preparing and serving food according to our menu and presentation specifications. You will also be responsible for maintaining a supplies inventory for all breakfast-related items and upholding our commitment to genuine hospitality. Additionally, you will perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced environment with lots of guest interaction
• Prepare and serve food using our menu and presentation specs
• Maintain a supplies inventory for all breakfast related items
• Uphold the hotels commitment to genuine hospitality
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field
• Top-tier guest service skills
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills
• Excellent stamina
• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage, but not required
• Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
