Job Summary:

Interim HealthCare of Tulsa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Health Administrator RN to lead our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Home Health clinical team with motivation, understanding, compassion, and clear direction.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Manage and supervise a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Current Administrator license.
  • Five years of home care experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven years.
  • Three years of home care experience managing caregivers within the last five years.
