Artisan Bakery Specialist is responsible for mixing, frying, shaping, preparing, and finishing freshly made in-store bakery items while assisting customers with their selections and purchases. You will also help monitor sales, create appealing displays, and manage inventory levels. Ensuring adherence to all food safety and sanitation standards is crucial, and you will actively engage in cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools, and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak times for our business.
  • Physical ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, push, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand for extended periods of up to 8 hours.
  • Consistently providing friendly customer service.
