ERISA Associate Job Description

Ogletree Deakins is seeking an ERISA Associate to join our national employee benefits/ERISA defense litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and writing skills, a passion for defending employee benefits litigation matters, and a team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support shareholders in employee benefits/ERISA defense litigation matters
  • Conduct research and analyze complex legal issues
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership
  • 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employee benefits
  • Superior research and analytical skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
