We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team at Nusr-Et Steakhouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the seamless running of the reception department by providing exceptional customer care.
  • Assist in running the day-to-day tasks of a high-volume and energetic contemporary restaurant.
  • Ensure a positive dining experience for guests by working closely with restaurant staff.
  • Manage reservations, take payments, and handle customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and emergency situations
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
