Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Trauma Care Nurse, you will provide and coordinate care for patients in critical situations.
The role involves collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to offer both physical and emotional support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patients' conditions while maintaining precise and thorough records.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of human development, assessment techniques, and treatment options appropriate for various age groups.
- Promote customer service initiatives within the hospital.
- Utilize the nursing process to tailor care to meet individual patient needs.
- Exhibit proficiency in performing technical skills and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure from the appropriate Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- ACLS and PALS certifications to be obtained within the first year of employment.
- CPI certification to be completed within six months of employment.
