About the Role

As a Registered Nurse NICU, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to critically ill newborns and their families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, conduct thorough assessments, and provide education to patients and families. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely documentation, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state of Kansas
  • BLS certification required; NRP certification preferred
  • Previous clinical experience in a NICU setting preferred
