Early Interventionist

Salary and BenefitsThe Child Development Specialist will receive a competitive salary of $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, dental and vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan, our team members enjoy ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure seamless execution of treatment plans.
- Provide direct care and support to children, including one-on-one ABA therapy sessions.
- Conduct progress assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Strong passion for child development and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and participate in physical activities related to childcare.
- Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license.
