Position Overview

The Transit Authority of River City (TARC) is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Full-Time Transit Bus Operators. In this position, you will be entrusted with the safe and efficient operation of a transit bus, ensuring the transportation of passengers while adhering to all company policies and regulations.

Essential Qualifications:
  • No Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
  • No prior experience necessary — extensive training will be provided
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory
  • No moving violations within the last 24 months
  • No criminal convictions in the past 5 years
  • Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical examination and drug screening
