Whale's Tale is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Bartender. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

• Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of wine, liquor, and beer, ordering supplies as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, equipment, and surrounding spaces.
• Point of Sale Operations: Accurately process customer transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) required.
• Experience: Previous experience in food service or a related industry preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a strong customer service focus.
