Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team at Germain Ford of Beavercreek. As a key member of our detailing team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our inventory by cleaning and preparing vehicles for sale.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Inspect and clean the interior and exterior of vehicles, including wheels and tires, to ensure a showroom-quality appearance.
• Perform detailing tasks such as buffing and wet sanding as needed to achieve a high-gloss finish.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from our property locations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of our detailing team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including some weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional attitude and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle.
