The Customer Service Manager (CSM) plays a crucial role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing quality care and overall client satisfaction
• Supervising and guiding caregivers who provide direct care to clients
• Managing employee scheduling, identifying problem situations, and implementing proactive solutions
• Maintaining strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients
• Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping
• Conducting periodic home visits and safety checks
