Candy Maker

We're seeking a skilled Candy Maker to join our team in a 10-hour shift role. As a Candy Maker, you'll be responsible for operating kitchen equipment, mixing and cooking candies, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

• Operate kitchen equipment such as large mixers, ovens, and large pots in a safe and proficient manner.
• Mix and/or cook candies in batches according to Russell Stover Chocolates standards.
• Read and understand formulas/recipes, measurements, tapes, and thermometers.
• Monitor multiple batches or processes simultaneously.
• Perform clean-up activities as assigned.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read and understand recipes.
• Possess basic math skills.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Able to stand on hard surfaces for the duration of a 10-hour shift.
