Internship Responsibilities

  • Project management and coordination
  • Effective communication with external contractors
  • Component ordering and inventory management
  • Review and planning of maintenance work
  • Scheduling and oversight of maintenance activities
  • Troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Test and inspection of electrical and mechanical components
  • Job planning and coordination with SMEs
  • Documentation and categorization of spare parts inventory
  • Assistance with equipment maintenance and repair

Internship Qualifications

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
  • Completion of 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring semester
  • Full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
  • Preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
