Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Job Opportunity

Right at Home Montgomery is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Home Health RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of clients' homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients' healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and family members, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document client progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
  • At least one year of prior CNA/LPN/RN homecare experience.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed on the job.
