Job Summary

Tenet-Alabama is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Plan Patient Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Supervise and Collaborate: Supervise and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Manage Resources: Effectively manage resources to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduated from an accredited school of nursing or a related field.
  • Experience: None required, but prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Certification: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
