Job OverviewThe ER Registered Nurse will perform primary nursing functions in assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care in the Emergency Room.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Plan, prioritize, and provide proficient nursing care, applying advanced clinical knowledge and skills for patient comfort and safety.
- Documentation: Complete accurate, concise, and legible documentation on medical records.
- Lab Testing: Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing according to established policies and procedures.
- Infection Control: Adhere to required infection control, isolation procedures, and aseptic techniques.
- Licensure/Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse without sanctions, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Experience: 2+ years full-time RN experience in ER or comparable experience.
- Education: Associate's Degree, preferred BSN.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including night/weekend shift differentials, 401K match, paid referrals, and comprehensive health insurance.
