We are seeking a skilled Baker and Packager Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for preparing fresh baked items daily for our customers. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Preparing fresh baked items daily according to recipes and company policies
• Wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure quality and date control standards
• Adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management procedures
• Operating, maintaining, and sanitizing baking equipment to ensure efficient production
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting, thanking, and assisting customers with their bakery needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
