Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work with children on the Autism Spectrum and with other developmental or behavioral disabilities in 1:1 and group settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy programs to support children with autism and behavioral disorders
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide behavioral support and interventions to children in 1:1 and group settings
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

  • Active RBT license
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with children and behavioral disorders
  • Experience with ABA therapy and behavioral support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
