About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and our products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including the deli and freezer areas
  • Receive and stock merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure that all products are properly priced and displayed
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales floor goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
