Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team at Salt Creek Grille Restaurants.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of banquet serving experience and excellent verbal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of a banquet or event, including supervising staff, set-up, food presentation, serving, and administration.
  • Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage staff and delegate tasks to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Problem-solve and adapt to changing situations with ease.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of banquet serving experience.
  • Great verbal and communication skills.
  • Attentive and energetic with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12, plus gratuities, resulting in a total shift compensation of $20-$40 per hour.
