Position: Facility Maintenance Specialist

This is a long-term opportunity with SUN Technical Services, seeking committed individuals for a rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting floor care activities including sweeping, mopping (both dry and wet), and vacuuming
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in facility restrooms
  • Cleaning carpets, rugs, and various floor coverings utilizing vacuuming and shampooing techniques
  • Wiping down walls and glass surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance
  • Dusting surfaces and countertops to promote a tidy environment
  • Disposing of waste and ensuring collection bins are free from debris
  • Managing weed control in the exterior areas and flower beds of the facility
  • Reporting maintenance issues to the management team for prompt resolution

Work Schedule:

Two shifts are available:

  • 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday
  • 4:00 pm to 12:30 am, Monday to Thursday, and 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm on Fridays

Job Requirements:

  • Qualifications/Education/Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Ability to successfully pass background and drug screenings
