Job Summary

As a seasoned professional in the food service industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a small to medium volume dining location. Your expertise will be essential in managing a team of associates, developing talent, maintaining client relationships, and driving profitability in an assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management team to create innovative and high-quality menu offerings.
  • Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain exceptional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of associates to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the dining location.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, and/or related food service operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Financial experience and business acumen skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
  • Associate's degree is preferred.
